Refund Policy

1. Overview

Para Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality real estate, legal advisory, and community-related services across the United States and Haiti. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for fees paid to us.

2. Consultation & Advisory Fees

Initial consultation fees and retainer payments are refundable within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided that no substantive work, research, or third-party engagement has been initiated on your behalf. After work has commenced, fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for any portion of services not yet rendered.

3. Real Estate Services

Earnest money, escrow deposits, and transaction-related fees are governed by the executed purchase agreement and applicable local law. Brokerage commissions are earned upon closing and are non-refundable thereafter. Property due-diligence and travel expenses already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Government, court, notary, recording, and translation fees paid to third parties.
• Travel, lodging, and on-site coordination expenses already incurred.
• Completed deliverables, signed documents, and finalized transactions.
• Donations or contributions to community-impact initiatives.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit a written refund request to ingrid@parahaiti.com including your full name, date of payment, amount, service engaged, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and respond with a determination within fourteen (14) business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Bank or processor delays may extend the time required for funds to appear in your account.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a senior review within thirty (30) days. Any unresolved dispute is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
